Terms and Conditions for the Use of the Panel for Wholesale Customers of KOKO CARDBOARDS.

 

GENERAL PROVISIONS

§1.

These Terms and Conditions for the use of the online wholesale panel of Piotr Matuszewski Love Life – the owner of the KOKO CARDBOARDS brand, located at the Internet address: www.kokocardboards.com  define the rules for free use of materials published in the panel by Users – registered wholesale customers.

 

§2.

AIM OF THE WHOLESALE PANEL

The aim of the panel is to build a sales market advantage for wholesale customers of the KOKO CARDBOARDS brand, through free sharing of marketing tools supporting the presentation of products.

 

§3.

RULES FOR USER ACCESS TO THE PANEL RESOURCES.

 

1. The user registers in the panel providing information on the company: name, registered office + tax identification number (invoice data) stationary shop address, online shop address, delivery address, contact person + phone number.

* The data provided will be processed only and exclusively for the needs of the service of the wholesale customer and in accordance with the European law, it will not be shared outside of Piotr Matuszewski Love Life.

2. Registration is accepted by Piotr Matuszewski Love Life

– the owner of the KOKO Cardboards brand. The company reserves the right to

accept registration only of companies that are wholesale customers of the company, i.e. they have placed and paid at least one order from the KOKO CARDBOARDS offer.

3. Marketing materials, e.g. product photos, lifestyle photos, promotional videos, video instructions,

printing instructions, bar codes, labels, brand information, certificates etc. will be available in the wholesale panel.

Piotr Matuszewski Love Life, the owner of the KOKO CARDBOARDS  brand, provides free downloads for wholesale customers.

4. Access to the panel content expires 12 months after the last order.

 

§4.

RULES FOR THE USE OF PROVIDED MATERIALS.

 

The User is authorised to use the provided materials, only for the purposes and under the conditions set out below:

1. Publication on the Customer’s website, along with the online shop, to present and sell KOKO CARDBOARDS products.
2. Publication in social media on the channels where the customer is an administrator to promote the offer and the KOKO Cardboards brand.
3. Publication on the web (including social media) where the customer is not an administrator to promote the offer and the KOKO CARDBOARDS brand (e.g. cooperation with influencers, journalists,

parenting, design magazines, etc.). The publication does not require additional consent of Piotr Matuszewski Love Life, the owner of the KOKO CARDBOARDS brand.

4. It is absolutely forbidden to publish shared materials on racist, pornographic, vulgar websites,

promoting lack of tolerance or intensifying nationalist feelings.

Publication in other places than indicated in points 1-3 requires a separate consent of Piotr Matuszewski Love Life, adress: kacha@kokocardboards.com

5. Materials are not intended for printing – printing of shared materials requires separate consent from Piotr Matuszewski Love Life address: kacha@kokocardboards.com
6. Designation of the KOKO CARDBOARDSC brand is a condition for the publication of shared materials in places referred to in points 1-3. The designation is also required

for other entities if such information is provided in the folder with files (e.g. when the author of the photos is an influencer/ a bloger – designating them in the post is unconditionally required).
